In their publications, the Member agrees to comply with the rules of Netiquette, applicable laws and regulations, the intellectual property rights of third parties, and these Terms of Use.
The Member retains full ownership of all intellectual property rights on their publications. Maonoo, LLC does not claim any ownership of the content published by Authors.
By publishing content on the site, the Member grants Maonoo, LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, and revocable license to:
This license remains in effect as long as the content is published on the platform. The Author may remove their content at any time from their personal space, terminating the license, except for copies already purchased by readers.
Authors earn revenue through the following channels: chapter reading (Cost Per Read), reader gifts, and subscriptions. Maonoo, LLC takes a commission on the revenue generated, the rate of which is displayed on the platform. The balance is credited to the Author Wallet and can be withdrawn via Mobile Money or bank transfer.
By publishing content, the Author warrants that they are the sole author and rights holder of the published content, that the content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights, and that they have the legal capacity to grant the license described above.
The complete publication conditions are described in Muswada's Author Publishing Agreement, available on the platform and electronically accepted by the Author upon their first publication.
The site moderates content after publication and reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms of Use or applicable laws, without prior justification.
